“Meatier, mightier and full of stoner protein” : here are the few words used by STEAK to describe their frantic & enthusiastic stoner rock sparingly tinged with spacey moments of grace, inherited from the legendary Kyuss, Truckfighters and nebula.
As their sexy name suggests, this London-based foursome is far from sticking to the genre’s clichEs, for they rather exploit sci-fi and comicS imagery (all artworks were made by DC Comics artist Eduardo Ferigato) to illustrate this fuzzed-out sandy rock tornado they've been blasting for two years now.

After putting out their much celebrated first EP “Disastronaught” in 2012, our four underground heroes did it again this spring, by releasing a second EP deliciously entitled “Corned Beef Colossus” (recorded and produced by Truckfighters at Bombshelter studio in Sweden).
2013 has seen the band skyrocketed on the stages of renowned music events such as Desertfest London, Stoned Gatherings in Paris and Up In Smoke festival in Switzerland.
STEAK have now joined first-class European music label Napalm Records, and are about to enter the studio to record their first full-length record, due early 2014.
