K-Bereit from Reims, France, are no newcomers to the music world, especially not to the world of Industrial and Electronic Body Music. Kriegbereit was one of the first French industrial/EBM bands to get recognition outside of France, in the mid '80s; and is a fine example of what the late '80s EBM scene was producing.

In 1996, Jean-Luc De Meyer (Front 242) and Dominique Lallement formed the now legendary Cobalt 60. They went on to release numerous records and even the soundtrack for the popular video game Wing Commander: Prophecy.

After years of silence in 2002, Dominique was finally ready to join forces with his life-long friend Fred Sebastian to form the hybrid, K-Bereit. A unique and powerful blend of the Kriegsbereit and Cobalt 60 sounds

Since then they do gigs wherever they are called. In 2009, the LP Unit Neural Distort was released. Concerts, rehearsals, interviews and radio broadcast - K-Bereit continue without lowering their fists. Dominique and Fred do not count on leaving their fans alone.

In 2012 the duo released the evolutionary album Positiv Sounds / Negativ Beat represeting a darker, danceable and definitively industrial direction.

2014 will bring K-Bereit to the English countryside where even the cows will move their bodies to the electronic sounds of this pioneering band.
