You don’t get more home made than us. We even made the oven.
We mix the dough onsite, we roll the bases onsite, we top the bases onsite, cook all pizzas on site. Its very fresh.
We make our pizzas in the traditional manner but cater for the English palate, we use 80% mozzarella 20% Cheddar because we and our customers agree 100% mozzarella lacks something (Cheddar).
We also use plenty of topping, tomato, and cheese there is a fine line between Italian authenticity, and just being stingy with the ingredients.
The pizzas are made to order in front of the customer taking around three mins from start to finish. (rolling topping cooking) a lot quicker than your 45 min takeaway.
