I bought my ticket a while ago, and but have recently decided I want to change my camp site to the tangerine fields pre-built option. How do I do this?
I tried sending a couple of questions through the contact us form on this site, but haven't received any reply. From browsing the forum, the impression I get is that since my ticket doesn't name a campsite, I can just show up wherever I want to; however, I expect this probably won't apply to the tangerine fields option. So, what should I do? I don't want to hire a tent from tangerine fields only to be told when I get there that they didn't have space to set it up, and there isn't any way to contact the alt-fest organizers to find out. Should I book the tent with them anyway, and just hope to figure it out when I get there?
