I purchased my tickets some weeks ago with clubtickets I received my email confirmation and says that I will receive my tickets a few weeks before the event. My question is: when? at the begining of August? Because I'm from Spain and I hope I can receive my tickets on time!

Hi MJ,

Don't worry As you are an overseas buyer you will be able to collect your tickets from the festival itself. All you will need to do is print out your ticket confirmation, bring ID and the payment card used to make the purchase (or a photocopy) to the festival and we will give you the ticket wristband

I have another question: I purchased my tickets (with camp) with a Mastercard cybercard, (only makes Internet payments. I mean, it's not a classic card, It's only for Internet payments).
So, can I bring a photocopy of my Mastercard cybercard although it's not a classic card?
